First, take one 250g packet of Philadelphia full-fat cream cheese and leave it to soften at room temperature for a few hours. Put in a bowl and sprinkle approx. 30g chocolate protein powder on the top. Mix it through thoroughly. Then, take small pieces of mixture (approx. one tablespoon in size) and shape it into a ball. Roll it through desiccated coconut. Leave to set in the fridge for a few hours.
