3-ingredient creamy chocolate balls

Looking for something deliciously simple that can satisfy a sugar craving but keep you on track with your low-carb lifestyle?  Look no further!

These delicious creamy chocolate balls are the perfect answer to the need for a 'little something'.  You can make a batch in 15 minutes with only three simple ingredients:  cream cheese, chocolate protein powder and coconut.

First, take one 250g  packet of Philadelphia full-fat cream cheese and leave it to soften at room temperature for a few hours.  Put in a bowl and sprinkle approx. 30g chocolate protein powder on the top.  Mix it through thoroughly.  Then, take small pieces of mixture (approx. one tablespoon in size)  and shape it into a ball.  Roll it through desiccated coconut.  Leave to set in the fridge for a few hours.

Voila!  Just like that.  You will get approx. 15 -medium-sized balls.  Each ball will have 80 calories, 7g fat, 3g protein and 1g carbs.
